Immigration AIDE for Windows and Linux

Immigration AIDE represents the culmination of 20 years of user inspired development. Immigration
AIDE was the first forms program to develop laser-generated forms.
The right data format:
Immigration AIDE is stored in variable length, multi-value fields. They are ideal for applications with large
variable data requirements. This means that any amount of data and any number of entries can be made
for each data field. You can enter data for one or one hundred children, past addresses, jobs, absences
from the U.S., etc.There is no limit. The end result:
- All data for each client is contained in a single record.
- You can go into the field with your laptop, collect data on a client and easily transfer that data to
your office system when you return.
- If the data you collect will not fit on the form, an automated, standard format addendum is
generated.
Productivity features:
- Form Printing and Management Window: This unique AIDE feature allows you access any part of
a client's record from one place. From here, you can create case notes, record services provided,
complete forms, and record critical dates. You can quickly find out anything you need to know
about the client whose record is open.
- Search Function: Use the record search function in the Form Printing and Management Window
to find a client record by last name, beginning of last name, Alien Number, RSC No, ETA-9035
Page link No, Employer, or one word of an I-129 or ETA-750 Job title. This is a prime example of
feature developed with user assistance.
- Template Record: Use the data contained in an existing data as default data for a new record.
Useful when doing the same applications for different family members or for prospective
employees for the same job or from the same area.
- Special Handling Notice: Office supervisor can create a note that will display each time a record
is opened in the Form Printing and Management Window to provide special instructions
regarding a particular client. (e.g. Do no further work on this case until client pays overdue bill).
- Automated change of address: Enter new client address in one place and have:
- Current address change
- Mailing address change if the same as current address
- Old Address move to the top of the past address list with from and to date.
- Any other address in the record that is the same as the address changed get updated as well.
- Create a table of standard job descriptions: When you write a job description that works, save
the text to a special table of job descriptions. Plug any of the job descriptions saved into other
places in the same or any other record with a click of the mouse. Then just edit the text to fit the
current situation.
- Case Notes: Use this feature to create dated notes regarding anything about the case you want to
record: phone calls made and received, documentation requested and received, court or CIS
action, background information, etc. Use the Action Code feature to create client specific "to do"
reports. Print out notes prior to going to a hearing or to court. Print "To Do" reports.
- Standard Addenda: Data that doesn't fit on the form is automatically sent to a standardized
addenda form labeled with the client's name and A#.
